I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Please allow 4–7 days of processing time before your order ships.

I’m not in love with my order — can I return it? What if there’s an issue?
At Dan Drops, your satisfaction matters most!
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
You may return your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive your returned item, your full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Be sure to include your name and order number with the return package.
If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.
After 24 hours, your order enters processing and can no longer be canceled — but you can still return it once it arrives.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or contact us at admin@dandrops.com within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to modify the address, and refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
